A: Our company office is in Sydney Australia, our service is global.

 

I would like to take your senior tour, could you please let me know the cost? Is this price negotiable?

A: Please find the tour price on these pages: Australia & NZ, America, Europe, Asia. Our prices are not negotiable.

 

I want to travel to XXXX, how will you arrange for me?

A: We will discuss with you and make an itinerary. After your payment, we will book the hotel and arrange a car and a private tour guide for you. Then you can start your tour. For more details, please refer to: How To.

 

Can I change my itinerary after I started my tour? Any extra charge?

A: Yes, you can. Extra charge will apply if you need more hotel, car or tour guide service.

 

Can I visit your office and have a chat with you?

A: Yes, please make an appointment by email or phone first.

 

I want book a senior tour asap. How long preparation time do you need?

A: Usually 2 weeks. 1 month during Christmas/ New Year period.

 

 If I go to XXXX, which hotel will I stay?

A: We provide 5 star accommodation (except some mountain/spring area without 5 star hotels). We will advise a client the hotel details after his payment.

 

 Is your tour price included airfare or food?

A: No. Our price includes hotel room, private car and tour guide/ driver only.

 

 Can you also book the flights (breakfasts, lunchs, dinners...) for me?

A: Yes, we can book these for you on your cost (we don't have surcharge).

 

Can I let my private tour guide work as an interpreter? Should I pay him/ her any extra wage?

A: Yes, you can. You needn't pay any extra money. However, you need to advise it in advance.

 

Where is your office? What are your office hours? Should I make an appointment before coming?

A: Our office address: 60 Castlereagh St, Sydney, Australia. Our office hour: 10am-6pm, Monday-Friday (our email service is 24/7). Yes, you need to make an appointment.

 

Can I visit your office to have a chat/ pay the fees?

A: Yes, you are welcome. Please make an appointment.

 

Do you provide a receipt (tax invoice)?

A: Yes

 

I'm very rich, but for ......reason I cannot pay $200 deposit at this stage. Can you start tour arrangement for me first?

A: Sorry!

 

I'm very rich, but for ......reason I cannot pay tour fee in advance. Please get the hotel room, car and tour guide ready for me, I'll pay you much more when I arrive......
